Q: How do I book a trip?

Q: Do we need a fishing license?
A: No, you will not need a fishing license as my license will cover up to six people.

Q: How many people can go on the charter?
A: A maximum of five people can board our boat comfortably. 

Q: When will I hear from my captain?
A: Our captain fishes almost every day so you will hear from him the night before. 

Q: What if I need to cancel my trip?
If a cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the departure day and time, the deposit will be refunded in full to the customer.  If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of departure day and time, the customer will be billed the remaining balance of the cost of the charter.  This policy is to protect the captain from loss of business. Canceling due to inclement weather is up to the Captain’s discretion. If the captain cancels due to weather the deposit will be refunded in full.

Q: Can we bring our children?
A: Absolutely! We encourage you to bring them along. 

Q: Is sea sickness an issue?
A: No, not usually. Our inshore charters operate in mostly sheltered waters.

Q: What should we bring with us?
A: We recommend you bring snack, drinks, rain jacket, sunscreen, hats, and a camera.

Q: Do we need to bring any bait or tackle?
A: No, we provide all the bait and tackle.

Q: Can we bring our own equipment?
A: Yes, but please let us know when you book your reservation.

Q: Is there a bathroom on the boat?
A: No, but the marina has facilities you can use.

Q: What type of fish will we be catching?
A: Depending on the trip you charter and the time of year, our captain will put you on cobia, drum, trout, flounder, and many more local fish.

Q: Do we need to bring a cooler?
A: The boat will have a cooler filled with ice for your use while on the boat.

Q: Can we keep our catch?
A: Yes, If the fish are in season and of legal size you may keep your catch.

Q: Does the charter offer fish cleaning?
A: No, but the marina can clean your catch for you.

Q: Will our pictures be on a blog or social media?
A: Throughout the day, our captain will take pictures and video of your catch to use on our fishing reports, blog, and social media sites. If you would not like your photo to be published, please let us know. Our guests privacy and comfort is our top priority.
